What To Do With The String?

The strings on men's swimming trunks are wide and flat with 5cm between them.

You should not ties these strings together - they are designed to be pulled as shown in the picture and tucked into the trunks. If the strings are too long then you can put knots in the ends or cut them shorter.

Tying the strings may tear the fabric which is never good!
